Rifle League

The Two Rivers Rifle League is an indoor 50 foot 4 position small bore rifle league. The league has 5 teams fromĀ 4 different towns (Humboldt, Royal, Pocahontas and Fort Dodge.

The league consists of 10 weekly matches held at different locations according to a schedule.

The league follows the NRA

Scores during the match are recorded by team captains and reported to the league secretary.  Individual and Team scores are posted during the season.  At the end of the season scores are sent to the NRA.  Shooters are given classifications by the NRA based on their performance.  A league banquet is held at the end of the year for Two Rivers Rifle League and Two Rivers Pistol League competitors.

Indoor Shooting is at 50 foot NRA Target A-17

  • Prone – 10 rounds fired on an A-17 target
  • Sitting – 10 rounds fired on an A-17 target
  • Kneeling – 10 rounds fired on an A-17 target
  • Standing – 10 rounds fired on an A-17 target
